Remote Control Programming & Operating Instructions

2-Way motor programming instructions
(black motor)
3-stop motor programming instructions
(pink motor)

Please note we have recently switched to a new motor with updated programming instructions. Motors with updated programming instructions come with a black motor tube.

You can still download instructions for our original motors on the link above. If you are programming a shade with a pink motor tube, please refer to the 3-stop programming instructions linked above.

Charge the Motor Battery

  • To ensure that the battery is fully charged, insert the charging cord into the charging port on the end of the motor tube and plug the other end of the power adaptor into an outlet.
  • When the LED light on the power adaptor changes from red to green, the motor is fully charged.
  • If the motor battery needs to be charged, it will beep 10 times when you press any button on the remote control.

Troubleshooting

  • Shade is operating in reverse: To reverse the shade direction, press and hold the setting button on the motor head until the motor jogs 3 times.
  • Remote will not program limits: If your remote will pair to and operate your motor but will not set shade limits, it is likely that the programming functions have been locked out. To allow for programming, press and hold the stop button on your remote until the blue LED light flashes 3 times (approximately 20 seconds).
